We appreciate the ********************** allows us to address the comments and concerns brought to our attention. Thank you for taking the time to contact Orbitz regarding an issue from our customer. I asked the agent to at least go up to $750.00 since it was to be used only through booking on the site and they advised that was the maximum. I was offered a coupon but that only is valid on Orbitz and only for $500 which to me wasn't enough. I reached out to Orbitz and the reasoning that I could not receive a refund was because the agent was unable to get through to the resort to corroborate the issues. Upon checking in the room was dirty and lightbulbs were missing from the lamps. I had many other issues with cleanliness and safety. Privilege also comes with ****** service to book reservations but I could only get them to do that twice all of the other times getting in contact with them or anyone at guest services was challenging. Privilege status boasts that you will receive top shelf liquor but the bars were out of top shelf liquor. The hotel advised that 2 King **** can be privilege but the rooms aren't ocean front view. Purchased vacation on Janufor a trip June 7th - 12th at ********** All-Inclusive Adults Only Privilege Junior Suite Ocean Front View with 2 king **** and a sofa bed. ![]()
